Great bird list for post 100. There were quite a few we haven’t seen/heard here in Banbury Street, such as the nuthatch and red kite. We used to have spotted flycatchers nesting in our pear tree, but sadly haven’t seen them for maybe ten years or more.

We do often hear chiffchaffs though, down by the River Dene, and earlier this week I heard a warbler in the Big Field hedgerow. I couldn’t see it, but recorded its song (click on the link to hear it on youtube), and have been told it was a Garden Warbler, which was a new one for us.

One other bird we’ve had flying over a few times is a heron (but I’ve just noticed that was already on the list).
