For some reason I don’t often see foxes around Kineton, although we spotted one in the garden on two consecutive snowy nights last winter. One was also seen wandering across the Primary School playing fields early one morning in spring. Last Friday I saw two – one sniffing and investigating the underside of a car parked near a London tube station and a second, two hours later, happily meandering across those dreary overflow car park sheds at Banbury railway station. Both in the dark and both completely oblivious to nearby people or traffic. Perhaps the foxes in Kineton aren’t quite as bold?
